F1GridIQ is an independent, fan-made prediction and optimization tool for F1 Fantasy — the official Formula 1 Fantasy game. It estimates expected points, suggests transfers and chip strategy, and tracks your league standings, using publicly available odds and F1's own published data.
F1GridIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, Liberty Media, or the official F1 Fantasy game. All F1-related trademarks belong to their respective owners. F1GridIQ is a separate, independent tool built by a fan.
You sign in with Google. Anyone can create an account; full access to the tool requires an active GridIQ Premium subscription. A separate private-beta environment exists for testing and is invitation-only. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a GridIQ Premium subscription. If you're under that age you may only use F1GridIQ with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and they are responsible for any payment.
Full access to F1GridIQ is offered as a paid subscription (GridIQ Premium, $5/month), billed through Stripe. F1GridIQ never sees or stores your card details — Stripe handles all payment information directly.
GridIQ Premium is a subscription that renews automatically. Unless you cancel, your payment method is charged $5.00 (USD) every month on the anniversary of your sign-up date, and your subscription continues until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from Manage subscription in your profile menu — that opens Stripe's own billing portal. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge.
If the price ever changes, the new price will not apply to you until we have told you in advance and you have had the chance to cancel first.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, which opens Stripe's billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for and we don't charge you again after that. Because you keep the access you paid for, we don't issue partial refunds for unused days. If something has genuinely gone wrong — a duplicate charge, or a period you were unable to use what you paid for — contact us and we will consider a refund at our discretion. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.
F1GridIQ's predictions, expected-points estimates, and recommendations are statistical estimates based on odds and historical data — not guarantees. Real races are unpredictable. Any decisions you make in F1 Fantasy based on F1GridIQ are your own; we're not responsible for how your fantasy team performs.
F1GridIQ — the site, the underlying model, and the projections, ratings, optimizer results and analysis it produces — belongs to us. While your subscription is active you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that output for your own F1 Fantasy team.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish or syndicate F1GridIQ's output, scrape it in bulk, or use it to build or train a competing product or model. Sharing a screenshot with your league or on social media is fine and always has been — this is aimed at systematic copying, not at people talking about their team.
Formula 1, F1, FIA and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the tool is for. Odds and race data come from third parties and remain theirs.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and delete your account entirely, from your profile menu. Deleting cancels any active subscription immediately and removes your account and its linked teams; it can't be undone.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — in particular the acceptable-use and intellectual-property sections above. Where it's reasonable to do so we'll tell you why first. If we close a paid account for something that wasn't your fault, we'll refund the unused part of the period you'd paid for.
We may also stop offering F1GridIQ, or any part of it, at any point. If we shut down a paid service we'll give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of anything you've already paid.
F1GridIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular moment — it depends on external data sources (including F1's own feeds and betting markets) that can change or go down without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, F1GridIQ's total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost fantasy points, lost league positions, lost prizes, or any decision you made using the tool.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, and if you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload F1GridIQ's systems, or use the service in a way that disrupts it for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of F1GridIQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
